Description

The Platinum Package is designed for the Attorney who seeks to grow themselves into executive and leadership positions. We provide 6 1-hour training courses with 15 minutes of coaching for each training, and all 6 2-hour training courses with 30 minutes of coaching for each training, to give you a wide range of skill-building experiences in the most important areas of lawyering, leadership and management skills. You will also take the Wiley DISC Work of Leaders and Conflict assessments to guide your training and provide focus for your time and attention. You will receive the 12-week coaching package with the full 8-week Positive Intelligence mental fitness training that will support your transformation into a truly skillful and motivated attorney leader.
