Meet Your Coaches

Mark C Daly, JD

Mark opened his first law firm in 2002 and practiced immigration law until selling his practice in 2025. He's been sharing successful leadership and management strategies as CLE content since 2005, with programs presented in Maine, Nevada and California. During law school in the 90's, Mark's friend gave him free business coaching using NLP, Lencione and Michael Gerber's E-Myth. After graduation, he hired a Tony Robbins Coach who used DISC to keep him on track as he struggled to launch an immigration practice. So he learned how to coach from excellent coaches. He took that immigration office from $15,000 in gross income in 2003 to $300,000 by 2012 all the time coaching his own staff and watched the same breakthroughs happen in their personal and professional lives. In 2012 he started consulting, coaching and training with Transformative Training Solutions in Denver, CO. Mark has trained leaders, teams and organizations in DiSC, MBTI, conflict management, strategic planning and the Five Dysfunctions of a Team. He's a Professional Certified Coach. He's also comfortable in a room full of litigators who are trained to take apart whoever is standing at the front. Actualis is everything he's learned as a lawyer, a firm builder and a coach, in one place.

Jeannie Gabriella Gunter, MA PCC

Gabriella has spent twenty-five years helping leaders, managers and teams understand how they relate to themselves, to each other, and to the work they do. Her specialty is the small room. Executive teams, leadership groups, the handful of people who actually set direction. She's worked with leadership and management teams at Rolls-Royce, Johnson & Johnson, Google, Toyota, IBM and NASA, and across hundreds of teams over her career she's guided thousands of participants. She's an executive coach and facilitator with a Master's in Communication, certified in MBTI and DiSC, and the author of Alive to the Bone and The Love Map. Attorneys are a hard room, and she doesn't flinch when one pushes back. What people tell her afterward is that she made it safe to say the thing nobody had said yet.

actŭālis

Late Latin adjective meaning “active,” “practical,” or “pertaining to acts/action”. Derived from actus (“a doing” or “act”), it is the root for the English word “actual,” which refers to something existing in reality or fact, rather than merely potential or ideal. It signifies something currently in action or realized.
